2. Rest.

Don’t push yourself. If you feel tired, rest. Relaxing will help to reduce blood pressure, decrease muscle tension, and balance your emotions.

3. Unplug.

Take a moment to take a break from social media, and allow yourself to focus on being present and in the moment. Your space is sacred. Allowing time to unplug helps to remove any negative energies and individuals in your space .
